FOSTER PARENT INDICTED FOR VICTIMIZING CHILDREN

A 60 year old Ridge man will be arraigned on an indictment tomorrow (3/18) in Riverhead on charges he allegedly sexually abused his foster children, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

CESAR GONZALES-MUGABURU, 60, of 2 Blue Ridge Way, Ridge, is being held in the Suffolk County jail in lieu of $35,000 bond.

Mugaburu, also known as Cesar Gonzales-Mugabura, is currently charged with seven counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Sexual Misconduct.

The victims were foster children placed in his care by the Brentwood non-profit St. Christopher Otillie and the New York City Administration for Children Services.

Judge Barbara Kahn will unseal the indictment at approximately 10:30 am. A news conference will follow the arraignment in the fifth floor law library of the SCDA.
