Four arrested by Violent Felony Warrant Squad

NEW YORK – Three men, who were living together in a Yonkers apartment, were arrested by the State Police and US Marshal Regional Fugitive Task Force, all for having been deported from the United States and later illegally regained entry.

Arrested on felony charges were Felix Martinez-Garcia, 48, Alfredo Cruz, 36, and Daniel Cruz-Rafael, 62, all of 91 Elm Street, #10, in Yonkers were wanted by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The authorities also arrested Raymond Maisonet, 35, of 531 Creek Road in Poughkeepsie on charges of failure to register as a sex offender; he was also wanted by New York State Parole for a violation of parole after a conviction for felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Maisonet was wanted by Poughkeepsie City Police.
