Robbery suspect arrested after returning to the scene while deputies investigate

HENRIETTA - Deputies responded to a burglary alarm at Marketview Liquor, 1100 Jefferson Road in Henrietta late Tuesday night. When deputies arrived, they found a broken window. It appeared that quantities of liquor had been stolen. The building was searched and no suspect was found. Deputies spoke with a witness who had seen a male suspect break a glass window then enter and exit the store several times. The suspect left the scene in a silver Ford Mustang eastbound on Jefferson Road.

Sheriff's deputies and technicians were processing the scene of the burglary when the suspect returned to the store driving the same car. Andrew Freirich, 27, was intoxicated and bleeding from cuts he suffered while breaking the window to the store. He was transported to a local hospital

Freirich was arrested for third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated and petit larceny. He is in to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $30,000 cash bail or $60,000 bond.
