WAPPINGER – A Wappingers Falls woman is in to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail after her arrest Wednesday afternoon, February 12 on three felony counts of third-degree rape.  State Police said it is alleged that Tiffany Quinn, 30, had sexual contact with a 16-year-old boy.

She was also charged with three felony counts of criminal sex act and one misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.

A State Police investigator from the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center was assigned to investigate a reported sexual offense that led to Quinn’s arrest.
