Body found in Black River

WATERTOWN - State Police in Watertown are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man found dead in the Black River.  At approximately 9:10 Tuesday morning, an unidentified white male was found in the river at the Glen Park hydroelectric dam located in Jefferson County.  

The subject is described as a white male, approximately 6’0” to 6’03”, with beard and mustache, weighing approximately 260 pounds with black hair, brown eyes.  He was found wearing a blue “American Eagle Outfitter” sweat shirt size x-large, greenish-tan vintage cargo pants, brown craftsman work boots approximate size 13, and a two sided belt (brown/black) size 44.
