Police seeking suspect in LI bank robbery

ELMONT – Nassau County police are investigating a Bank Robbery which occurred on Friday, June 21, at 2:20 P.M. in Elmont.

Two black males entered the Chase Bank at 239-39 Linden Boulevard, passed a demand note to a teller and threatened the use of a gun.  The teller complied handing over an undetermined amount of cash before the suspects fled on foot eastbound on Linden Boulevard.  No gun was displayed. 

The first suspect is described as late twenties wearing a white t-shirt, an under shirt with “forever” on the sleeve, white and brown Louis Vuitton belt, red plaid/white/blue high top sneakers and white jeans.  Suspect two is described as in his twenties wearing red hat, white t-shirt and blue jeans. 

Eleven employees and two customers were in the bank at the time of the incident.  No injuries were reported.
