Schroeppel man charged with having sex with underage girls
PENNELLVILLE - State Police BCI in Fulton arrested Paul Nowakowski, 19, of 454 Chesbro Rd in the Town of Schroeppel for one count of rape 2nd degree, a felony, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of sexual misconduct, both misdemeanors.
Investigation revealed that Nowakowski had sex in 2012 on separate occasions with 2 minor females, aged 13 and 14. Is in the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash / $2000 bond.
State Police suspect there may be additional victims of abuse by Nowakowski, and are asking for anyone who may have information contact them at 315-598-2112.
