Long Island bank robbed

ROSLYN HEIGHTS – Police are looking for a man who entered the TD Bank located at 111 Mineola Avenue and passed a demand note to the teller. The teller gave an undetermined amount of U.S. currency to the subject who then fled on foot out the front door towards the rear of the bank.

There were four employees and one customer in the bank at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.

The subject is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, medium build, between 40-50 years of age, wearing a green hooded jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and boots.

Detectives ask anyone with information regarding the above crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.  All callers will remain anonymous.
