The building supervisor had discovered a hole in the sheetrock of an apartment and damage to a pipe which had caused flooding in the building. The investigation revealed that the defendant, Raymond Marro, Jr, 49, of 205 Mitchell Way had accidentally discharged his AR-15 Stag Arms Model semi-automatic assault rifle on Tuesday, February 7, causing damage to the adjacent apartment. The officers secured the weapon and placed the defendant under arrest. There were no injuries.
