Next weather misery: Ice
ALBANY – Much of New York State is under a winter weather advisory for frozen precipitation this morning. In many areas, including the Capital District, Taconics and Hudson Valley, the precipitation is likely to be ice, creating very treacherous driving conditions.
The precipitation should change to all rain in most areas as temperatures warm into the 40s.
