Man shot to death in Hempstead
HEMPSTEAD – Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Wednesday, January 30, at 6:00 p.m. in Hempstead.
Police responded to a call for shots fired in the rear of 600 Fulton Avenue. Upon arrival they discovered a male victim in his twenties lying on the sidewalk. He was transported to Nassau University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above listed crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
