Snow, followed by ice, likely in much of upstate New York |
|||||
The National Weather Service is predicting a messy day for much of the state. Morning snow could leave about an inch over much of the state as the storm moves from west to east. The problem will come as the snow changes to sleet and freezing rain in many areas. Downstate area could see a changeover to plain rain.
