WALWORTH - State Police at Williamson investigated a car / pedestrian fatal accident that occurred on St-104 in the T/Ontario.  Killed was pedestrian Bradley Meyvis, 19, of Walworth.
At approximately 2:08am, Troopers were dispatched to a car into a guard rail motor vehicle accident on St-104 near Lincoln Rd. T/Ontario. 

Troopers arrived on scene within minutes, but the operator, Meyvis, was not found with the vehicle. While checking the scene a second call was received at the 911 center, of a male subject running in the middle of the westbound lane of St-104. Shortly thereafter, Meyvis was struck and killed. 

A State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit was at the scene, no charges are expected against the operator of the vehicle that struck Meyvis.  The investigation is continuing.
