Police arrest burglary/rape suspect
STONY BROOK - Suffolk County Police arrested an East Moriches man for a sexual assault that occurred in Stony Brook on November 20.
Patrick O’Sullivan, 20, of 11 Beverly Lane, was charged with rape 1st degree, burglary 1st degree, criminal sexual act 1st degree, kidnapping 2nd degree and criminal use of a firearm 1st degree. Police allege O’Sullivan broke into a residence and assaulted the victim.
O’Sullivan was scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday.
