Tickets issued to driver in fatal crash
GALEN - State Police in Lyons issued traffic tickets to Cynthia Napoleon, 60, of 10130 Kelsey Road, Clyde, regarding a fatal collision that occurred September 19 in the Town of Galen, Wayne County. Neil Hoover, 14, was killed in the vehicle/bicycle collision that occurred on the Clyde-Marengo Road.
Napoleon was issued traffic tickets for reckless driving and moving from a lane unsafely. The tickets are returnable on January 2 in Town of Galen Court.
