Child porn arrest on Long Island
CEDARHURST – Nassau County police report an arrest possession of child pornography on Friday, November 16, at about 10 a.m. in Cedarhurst.
Nicholas Paul, 33, of 218 Washington Avenue, Apt. #C7, Cedarhurst, was discovered to have downloaded numerous online files. He was arrested at his home without incident.
Paul is charged with five counts of promoting sexual performance of a child and is to be arraigned today at First District Court in Hempstead.
