BAY SHORE - Suffolk County Police have arrested Quinton Rubin, 36, of 56 Bruce Lane, Brentwood and charged him with murder 2nd degree after he allegedly shot and killed his estranged wife’s boyfriend, Sean Berry, 36, of 23 Mallay Lane, Bay Shore.  

Police say Rubin entered a trailer on the side of a residence at 4 Kenneth Lane in Bay Shore and shot Berry at 4:30 a.m.   Rubin, who formerly lived at the residence, fled the scene.

The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone who may have information on Rubin or his whereabouts to contact the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
