Western man charged with child sex
UTICA - A Western, NY man was arrested late Tuesday for sex abuse in the 1st degree, a felony. An investigation led to Dwayne Kirk, 45, being charged. He is in the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $35,000.00 cash bail or $50,000.00 bond.
The investigation will be turned over to the Oneida County District attorney’s Office for Grand Jury action.
The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
