PULASKI - State Police are investigating a two-car accident that occurred on County Route 22 in the town of Sandy Creek, Oswego County.

On Monday, August 27, at approximately 4:30pm, a car driven by Justina Denny, 23, from Richland, was northbound on County Route 22 when she lost control of her vehicle on wet pavement and crossed over into the southbound lane and into the path of a car, driven by Jeanette Cobb, 68, of Zephyrhills, Florida.

Denny was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Three passengers in her vehicle, ages 5, 2 and 7 months, were all transported to Upstate University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.   Cobb and a passenger were also transported to Upstate University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
