EAST FARMINGDALE - Suffolk County Police are investigating a two-car crash that killed a woman in East Farmingdale this afternoon.

At approximately 3:15 p.m., Judith Stein, 75, of East Meadow was traveling east on Avon Court in East Farmingdale and she attempted to make a left turn onto northbound Route 110.  While at the intersection, her car was struck by a truck traveling south on Route 110.

Stein was pronounced dead at the scene.  The male driver of the truck was transported to Nassau University Medical Center where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing.  Detectives ask anyone who may information about this incident to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
