Three dead, including two young children, in upstate fire
BOLIVAR - State Police in Amity are investigating a fatal structure fire that occurred at 906 Horse Run Rd in the Town of Bolivar at approximately 4:15 Sunday morning. The remains of three individuals, an adult female age 42 and two children ages 2 and 3, were recovered from the scene. An adult male age 62 and a 1 year old child did make it out of the residence sustaining minor injuries.
No criminal charges had been filed as of late Sunday. The incident remains under investigation.
