Man critically injured after jumping from moving car

NIAGARA FALLS - State Police are investigating an incident that occurred Sunday morning on the Robert Moses Parkway in the city of Niagara Falls. A back seat passenger jumped out of the vehicle he was traveling in.

The subject was transported by the other occupants of the vehicle to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. Due to the severity of his injuries he was later transferred to Erie County Medical Center.   He is currently listed in critical condition at Erie County Medical Center. The subject’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

At this point it is unclear why the victim jumped out of the vehicle.
