Teen hospitalized, man issued summons for violating Social Host Law

DIX HILLS - Suffolk County Police have issued a summons to a man who allowed underage drinking at his home in Dix Hills Saturday night.

At 11:14 p.m., Second Precinct officers responded to a complaint that many teenagers were drinking alcohol at 25 Curtis Path. Police observed approximately 200-250 teenagers consuming alcohol. A 14-year-old girl was transported to Huntington Hospital by Dix Hills Rescue due to excessive alcohol intoxication. In addition, several parents of intoxicated youths were contacted to respond and take custody of their children.

Krzysztof Gasiorowski, 48, of 25 Curtis Path, Dix Hills, was issued a summons for violating the Suffolk County Social Host Law.
