Clayton Couple charged with sexually assaulting a child
ALEXANDRIA BAY - State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Christopher Robinson, 33 and Tracy Lindsay-Cantwell, 25, both of 38896 Bartlett Point Rd, Clayton, NY. Both are charged with predatory sexual assault against a child; rape 1st degree; criminal sex act. All three charges are felonies.
After an extensive investigation, including Jefferson County Child Protective Services, the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office and the New York State Police in Alexandria Bay, the investigation revealed that Robinson had sexual contact with a 9-year-old female child and that he was aided and abetted by Lindsay-Cantwell.
Both subjects were arraigned in the Town of Clayton Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Jail.
