Woman charged with child rape
SAUGERTIES – The Ulster County Family Violence Investigation Unit arrested Sarah Boucher, 21, of Saugerties, on July 5, and charged her with rape in the 1st degree, a felony and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.
Boucher was arrested after an investigation into an allegation that she engaged in sexual intercourse with a 12 year old boy. She was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Justice Court and is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
