BUFFALO - New York State Police Troop A donated new and gently used books to the US National Defense Force Support Command. Members of the State Police once again collected books for their annual drive to support the sick and wounded warriors at the Veterans Administration Hospitals in Buffalo and Bath, NY. 

In the past four years members of the State Police have donated nearly 12,000 books to the US National Defense Force Support Command in the continued effort to supply the libraries that have been created at the VA hospitals through this initiative.

This year’s drive resulted in the collection of nearly 1,500 books from the Troopers and their families.
