Man charged with sexually abusing a child
HEMPSTEAD - The Special Services Squad reports the details of an arrest for sexual abuse that occurred on April 30, 2012 and May 8, 2012 in Plainview.
According to detectives, Rosendo Torres, 63, of 250 N Cedar Street, North Massapequa is charged with four counts of sexual abuse 1st degree involving an eight year old female victim.
Torres will be arraigned on Wednesday.
The investigation is ongoing.
