"The significance of the recent investments in the Capital Region (headlined by GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8) makes our investment in such strategic industry events more important than ever. The fact that CEG has been leading the state's marketing efforts at SEMICON West for more than 12 years puts us in a very strategic position to hold conversations with suppliers and other industry executives about opportunities in New York,” said Brian Hannafin, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing at CEG. SEMICON West, organized annually by SEMI, includes more than 1,000 supplier and vendor exhibits representing over 40 countries. The show, which also features informational and networking opportunities, attracts well over 20,000 attendees from across the globe. The show will focus on the key trends and technologies driving the future of the microelectronic, photovoltaic, semiconductor, and renewable and emerging markets.
