Two plead guilty to federal child porn charges, in separate cases

ALBANY - United States Attorney Andrew T. Baxter announced that guilty pleas have been given in two cases involving child pornography accessed over the Internet.

Lester Dutcher, 50, of Averill Park, pled guilty in United States District Court in Albany charges of receiving child pornography and the attempted importation of female aliens for the purpose of prostitution and other immoral purposes. 

The crimes occurred between about October, 2006 and August 28, 2008.

Dutcher faces a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment, with a mandatory minimum of five years of imprisonment.  He also faces a fine of up to $250,000.00.  DUTCHER was released pending his sentencing in February..

In another case, Stanley Nadoraski, 41, of Albany, pled guilty to possession of child pornography. 

Between about April, 2008 and April, 2009, Nadoraski, accessed various  websites featuring child pornography.  While on these websites, he either paid for access, or accessed for free, child pornography still images and videos which he then downloaded and saved in various electronic sub-folders on the aforementioned computer.

Sentencing was scheduled for March 1, 2010.  Nadoraski faces a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment.  He also faces a fine of up to $250,000.00.  He was released pending his sentencing.
