Two upstate men arrested on child sex allegations
LOUDONVILLE - State Police in Oneida arrested Robert Wright, 33, of 5804 Germany Road, Verona, on several charges alleging sexual abuse of a child
- 2 counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance (class "C" felony)
- 2 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (class "D"felony)
- 2 counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd (class "A" misdemeanor)
- 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (class "A"misdemeanor)
Wright is being held at the Madison County Jail pending arraignment.
In an unrelated case, State Police at Greenwich arrested Bruce Ferguson, 23, Queen Street, Whitehall, and charged him with criminal sexual act 2nd degree, a Class D Felony.
Ferguson is accused of having sexual contact with a 14 year old female while at his residence approximately a month ago.
He was arraigned and will reappear in the Village of Whitehall Court today.
