Attempted abduction of 8-year-old investigated
POESTENKILL – State Police in Schodack are investigating a reported attempted abduction of a 8-year-old girl in Poestenkill. The incident occurred on Thursday at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Cherokee Lane, police said.
It was reported that a white male between 40 and 50 years of age, clean shaven with a Mohawk hair style, driving a red SUV attempted to lure the child into the vehicle.
