Irving man sentenced on sex charges

CHAUTAUQUA - Chautauqua County District Attorney, David Foley Monday announced that Gary Pfleuger, 37, of 300 Versailles Road of Irving, NY, was sentenced Monday to 24 years in state prison plus 10 years post release supervision for two counts of Attempted Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, one count of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the Second Degree, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The District Attorney was pleased with the outcome saying that not only does this punish Pfleuger for these heinous acts but sends a message to sex offenders that they can expect to receive significant time for similar crimes.
