Oswego County Sheriff’s Office daily report

On 3/20/09 at 7:20 a.m., Michele L. Bradley, 45, of 1255 CR 9, Fulton, NY, was ticketed for Operation While Registration Suspended (insurance lapse on 3/06/09) and Failure to Notify Change of Address following a traffic stop after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle as she drove westbound on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal.  Ms. Bradley was released on tickets returnable to Town of Hannibal Court on 3/31/09.

On 3/20/09 at 8:41 p.m., Jacob M. Grey, 23, of 156 Joe Fultz Blvd., Oswego, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, No Inspection Certificate, Operation While Registration Suspended, and Crossed Hazardous Road Markings, following a traffic stop that was initiated after he was reportedly observed crossing the hazardous marking lines several times while driving east on CR 1 in the Town of Scriba.   Mr. Grey was issued tickets, released to a third party, and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Scriba Court on 4/09/09.

On 3/21/09 the investigation into an underage drinking party at 21 Garden Drive in the Town of Scriba led to three arrests: 
At 3:21 a.m., Paul J. LaPointe, 18, of 2830 CR 57, Fulton, NY, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, after he reportedly refused to stop using profanity after repeatedly being told to stop.  Mr. LaPointe was issued a ticket returnable to Town of Scriba Court on 3/31/09 and released to a third party.
On 3/21/09 at 4:00 a.m. and 1:07 p.m., respectively, Joseph G. Pasiak, 61, and Gregory M. Pasiak, 18, both of 21 Garden Drive, Oswego, NY, were each arrested for six counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and five counts of Unlawfully Dealing With a Child, First Degree, both class A misdemeanors, stemming from an investigation that found they had reportedly allowed an underage drinking party to take place at their residence, providing alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 21.  The Pasiaks were individually arraigned before the Hon.
Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and were both remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility, Joseph in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or bail bond and Gregory in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.  They are scheduled to return to court on 3/26/09.  Further investigation found Gregory Pasiak, who had reportedly left the party during the initial investigation, was later found to have placed pictures of under-aged children drinking at his residence on his MySpace page and allegedly sent out e-mail invitations to the party inviting people to the party and to bring their own booze or $5.00.
 
On 3/21/09 at 10:30 p.m., Thomas C. Loiodice, 21, 399 US Rt. 11, Central Square, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Passed a Red Light, following a traffic stop in the Town of Hastings after he was observed driving westbound off the north side CR 37, kicking up dust, then approaching the intersection of US Rt.11, he reportedly locked the brakes up and slid under the red light, not stopping, but reportedly continuing to drive northbound on US Rt. 11.  Mr. Loiodice was released on tickets, released to a third party, and is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Hastings Court on 4/06/09.

On 3/22/09 at 8:15 p.m., Tadarin P. Thompson, 21, of 11 Grampian Road, Apt. 85, Liverpool, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, after being accused of stealing beer from a Town of Albion business.  Mr. Thompson was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Albion Court on 4/06/09.  During the investigation an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Village of Solvay Court was revealed charging Mr. Thompson with Petit Larceny.  Mr. Thompson was turned over to a member of the Solvay Police for processing on the warrant.

On 3/23/09 at 12:52 a.m., Michelle C. Capozzi, 39, of 32 Junior Ave., Fulton, NY, was arrested for Resisting Arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and Harassment, Second Degree, a violation, following the investigation into a domestic incident that occurred at her residence when she allegedly caused a victim to fear for their physical safety by threatening to punch the victim in the face.  Further, Ms. Capozzi reportedly resisted her arrest by pushing away from the Officer attempting to keep her arms locked in, as to not be handcuffed.  Capozzi was arraigned before the Hon. Edwin Winkworth, Town of Granby Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.  She is scheduled to return to court on 3/23/09.

On 3/23/09 at 3:55 a.m., Nathan M. Novak, 18, of 4646 Salina St., Pulaski, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation, and ticketed for Failing to Dim Headlights, following a traffic stop in the Village of Pulaski that reportedly found two glass pipes containing marijuana residue, a roach clip used for smoking marijuana, and a grinder used for grinding marijuana, in the vehicle.  Mr. Novak is scheduled to answer the charges before Village of Pulaski Court on 4/08/09.
