Texas fugitive arrested after traffic stop

CASTLE CREEK – State Police at Binghamton have arrested a man for being a fugitive from justice in Texas.

Donald Catherman, Jr., 42, of Mexico, NY was stopped for speeding in I-81.

He was wanted in Texas for bail jumping after being charged with money laundering.

Catherman was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Barker Court and is being held at the Broome County Jail.
