Students arrested after selling prescription medication at school

CAPE VICENT - State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested,18-year-old, Arnold Higgins, aand, 16-year-old, Dylan A. O'Connor, both from Clayton, Clayton, for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th, a class "D" Felony.  Higgins was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, a class "A" Misdemeanor.  

These arrests stem from an investigation conducted on February 25 by State Police at the Thousand Islands High School, 8481 Co. Rt. 9 Cape Vincent, N.Y.              O'Connor, a student at Thousand Islands High School, allegedly brought Methylphenidate pills (Ritalin) to school and gave the pills to Higgins.  

Higgins, also a student at Thousand Islands High School, was found in possession of two Ritalin pills and allegedly gave some to another student.
