Two brothers arrested on burglary charges
FLOYD - State Police in Remsen, Old Forge and Marcy arrested two brothers on burglary charges.
Christopher Russitano, 20, and Garrett Russitano, 26, both of Rome, NY, were each charged with one count of first-degree burglary.
Christopher Russitano was also charged with an additional charge of Aggravated Harassment in the second degree.
The arrests stem from a complaint received from a resident on Soule Road in the Town of Floyd, who claims the two brothers unlawfully entered the residence and assaulted him at approximately 2 a.m. on January 17.
Both brothers were arraigned at the Floyd Town Court and remanded to Oneida County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail/bond.
