Oswego County Sheriff’s Office daily report
On 12/27/08 at 10:17 p.m., Michael T. Bort, 39, of 307 Phillips St., Fulton, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd degree and Inadequate Stop Lights after a traffic stop on SR 48 near Wyborn Rd. in the Town of Granby. Mr. Bort was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 1/5/09.
On 12/30/08, Chad E. Nepage, 34, of CR 11 Bldg# 451 Apt # Lot 29, West Monroe, NY was arrested at 5:17 p.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd degree ( 3 scoffs on 2 dates), stemming from the investigation into a larceny complaint made by a business in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Nepage was issued a UTT, returnable to the Town of Hastings Court on 1/12/09.
