On 12/23/08 at 10:00 a.m., Janel R. Gadway, 22, and Christopher R. Gadway, 31, both of 20 Scotch Rd. Apr. #1, Pulaski, NY were arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree and Petit Larceny, all misdemeanors stemming form the investigation into a car larceny incident of which reportedly took place in September in the Town of Orwell where they allegedly smashed a car window and stole purses out of the vehicle.  Both individuals were issued appearance tickets, returnable to Orwell Town Court on 1/14/09.

On 12/23/08, Karen S. O’Brien, 37, of 14 Varick Street, Oswego, NY was arrested at 11:10 p.m., based on a bench warrant issued by City of Oswego Judge Metcalf charging her with Failure to Complete Victim Impact Panel.  Ms. O’Brien was arraigned before the Town of Scriba Court and ROR’d with a return to City of Oswego Court on 12/30/08.

On 12/23/08  at 11:21 p.m., Raylene V. Brien, 34, of 502 CR 55, Fulton, NY was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI ( BAC of .18 or greater); Failure to Keep Right and Moved From Lane Unsafely following the investigation into a reckless driver complaint on CR 57 in the Town of Volney.  Ms. Brien was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750.00 cash or $1500.00 bond with a return to court date of 1/5/09.
