Chautauqua County Court actions announced
MAYVILLE -- District Attorney David Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Darrell Shongo, 43, of 4046 Waterman Rd., Stockton, NY, was sentenced to 1-3 years in prison with 1 year driver's license revocation for felony DWI concurrent with a term of 1-3 years in prison for violation of probation.
Jason P. Donovan, 21, of 727 Washington Ave., Dunkirk, NY, was sentenced to time served and 6 years probation for misdemeanor sexual abuse in the 2nd degree.
Joshua A. Jenkins, 24, of 301 W. Main St., Falconer, NY, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for violation of probation consecutive to 6 months in jail for petit larceny.
Edgar Torres, 36, of 59 W. 14th St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 5 years probation, a $2,000.00 fine and 1 year driver's license revocation for felony DWI.
