Two arrested on felony narcotics charges |

GRAND ISLAND – Two Grand Island residents have been arrested on felony drug charges, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office reported. Sheriff’s investigators executed a search warrant Saturday evening at 57 West Park in Grand Island and discovered an elaborate hydroponics setup and several marijuana plants being grown. Arrested at the scene was Ingrid Dahlberg, 23. The owner, Joel Morris, 23, was located by patrol deputies. He had with him a large quantity of hydrocodone pills, police said. Both were charged with unlawfully growing marijuana and criminal possession of marijuana. Morris was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Neighbors had indicated to police that there was traffic at the residence at all hours of the night and day. Morris told police he had been buying his pills in Buffalo and then selling them on Grand Island. The investigation is continuing. |
