Man charged with unlawful surveillance

CENTRAL ISLIP – Suffolk County Police have arrested a locally known Central Islip magician and photographer for secretly videotaping a mother and her two daughters while they were undressing.

On August 20, Robert Infantino, 50, was arrested at his residence in Central Islip.

The police acted on a complaint from the three victims, who alleged that while at Infantino’s residence for a “free photo shoot,” Infantino secretly videotaped them while they were changing outfits. One of victims notices a camera hidden in a box in the changing room.

Infantino is the owner of Infantino Productions, which he runs from his home. He is also known as Bob Infantino, “Long Island’s Favorite Magician.”

He was charged three counts of unlawful surveillance in the second degree.
