On 7/22/08 at 10:03 p.m., Donald J. Hastings III, 27, of 10 Airport Rd. Bldg# 10 Apt. # 4, Fulton, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment 2nd resulting from the investigation into an incident which occurred in the Town of Granby, in which he allegedly punched an individual in the face in the presence of a child less than 18 years of age, during a disagreement.  Mr. Hastings was issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 8/18/08.

On 7/23/08, Christopher J. Reinhardt, 22, of 543 Main Street, Phoenix, NY was arrested at 12:17 a.m. for Criminal Possession of Narcotics w/ Intent to Sell ( 2 counts), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance ( 2 counts), both class B felonies and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle (failure to pay fine in Ogdensburg Court, St. Lawrence County) after he was reportedly observed coming to an abrupt stop in the parking lot of Don’s Garage on SR 48, in the Town of Granby.  Mr. Reinhardt was found to be in possession of 32.6 grams of cocaine and 17.3 grams of heroine along with a digital scale.  He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $10000.00 cash or $20000.00 bond.  He will return to the Town of Granby Court on 8/4/08.
