On 7/18/08, Latoya N. Blackmon, 25, of 1 Fairview Avenue, Rochester, NY, was arrested at 7:54 a.m. based on a bench warrant issued by Town of Scriba Court charging her with Grand Larceny, Fourth Degree, a class E felony.  Ms. Blackmon was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.  She is scheduled to return to court on 7/31/08.

On 7/19/08 at 5:07 p.m., Brittney M. Adsit, 23, of 622 Academy St., Fulton, NY, was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant issued by the Hon. David J. Roman.  Ms. Adsit was arraigned before Oswego City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.  She is scheduled to appear before Oswego County Family Court on 7/21/08.

On 7/19/08 at 9:01 a.m., Dale J. Bigelow, 52, of  PO Box 1025, Mexico, NY was operating a 1986 Honda motorcycle westbound on Lake Street in the Village of Sandy Creek when he reportingly  attempting to raise the kickstand on the bike, lost control striking the pavement and then sliding into a utility pole.  Mr. Bigelow was taken by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.

On 7/20/08 at 8:51 a.m., Ernest J. Hook, 47, of 21 Sebastian Drive, Rochester, NY, was charged with Speed in Zone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (suspended 4/07/08 for failure to pay a fine in the Town of Henrietta), following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Hook was released on tickets returnable to Town of Scriba Court on 8/07/08.

On 7/20/08 at 9:08 a.m., Alexander P. Bush, 20, of 27 Salina Street, Lacona, NY, was arrested for Assault, Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a domestic incident that occurred at his residence the night before during which he allegedly caused physical injury to a female victim by reportedly punching her in the face.  Mr. Bush was arraigned before the Hon. James Maring, Town of Sandy Creek Court, who issued a no contact Order of Protection and remanded him to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.  He is scheduled to return to court on 8/07/08.  

On 7/20/08 at 4:30 p.m., Rossman A. Wright, 65, of 42 S. Fifth St. (lower apartment), Fulton, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Crossed Hazardous Road Markings, following a traffic stop on SR 48 in the Town of Granby, after he was observed driving northbound near Wilcox Road at a low rate of speed appearing to be impeding the flow of traffic.  He was further observed swerving back and fourth in the lane and crossing the hazard marking (fog line) several times.  Mr. Wright reportedly ignored activated lights and sirens on a patrol vehicle for over a mile before stopping near Windemere Drive.  He was subsequently released on tickets to a third party and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Granby Court on 8/10/08.

On 7/21/08 at 3:30 a.m., Brandon J. Barry, 20, of 929 CR 54, Fulton, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd and Sub-Standard Lights after a traffic stop on SR 49 in the Village of Central Square.  Mr. Barry was issued UTT’s and is scheduled to answer to the charges on 8/6/08 in the Village of Central Square Court.
