Oswego County Sheriff’s Office daily report

On 7/16/08, Kenneth E. Ingoldby, Jr., 19, of 497 Island Road, Fulton, NY, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Volney after he was seen driving a Pontiac Grand Prix bearing no front license plate and having a severely cracked windshield.  Further investigation found a pipe containing marijuana residue, a small quantity of marijuana, and a reported amount of Oxycodone pills in the vehicle, which led to charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Seventh Degree, a class A misdemeanor; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree; Improper Plates; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; Operation Without Insurance; Visibility Distorted (broken windshield); License Plate Violation-No Front Plate;.  Mr. Ingoldby was released on uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets returnable to Town of Palermo Court on 7/21/08.  Also revealed was an outstanding, active bench warrant issued by Fulton City Court, for which he was subsequently turned over to a member of the Fulton City Police Department.

On 7/17/08 at 1:00 p.m., Clifford L. Thurston, 24, of 40 Castor Road, Redfield, NY, was arrested for Grand Larceny, Third Degree, a class D felony, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from his alleged participation in stealing a stake rack truck carrying numerous orange traffic cones that was parked in the Town of Scriba, an act that took place on 6/25/08.  Mr. Thurston was arraigned before the Hon. Angela Kimball, Town of Redfield Court.  He is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Scriba Court on 7/17/08.

On 7/17/08, Clifford L. Thurston, 24, and Robert L. Cullop, 18, both of 40 Castor Road, Redfield, NY, were arrested for their participation in allegedly breaking into a garage Town of Redfield garage between 6/21/08 and 6/23/08 and stealing a 1999 Honda 4-wheeler.  Both men were charged with Burglary, Third Degree, a class D felony, and Grand Larceny, Fourth Degree, a class E felony.  Mr. Thurston was arraigned before the Hon. Angela Kimball, Town of Redfield Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.  Mr. Cullop was arraigned before Town of Scriba Court.  Both men are scheduled to appear before Town of Redfield Court on 8/20/08 to answer their charges.
