Chautauqua County Court actions announced

JAMESTOWN -- District Attorney David Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.

Robert Ellsworth, 40, of 619 W. 7th St., Apt. #3, Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 2-6 years in prison for violation of probation.

Darin Bullock, 29, of 2184 Willard St. Ext., Apt. #13, Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 2-4 years in prison for grand larceny in the 3rd degree.

Steven Kennedy, 26, of 57 Liberty Street, Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 1 year in jail for violation of probation.

Travis Humes, 20, of 100 W. Main St., Ripley, NY, was sentenced to 6 months in jail for attempted grand larceny in the 4th degree.

Justin Eck, 26, of 34 S. Erie St., Apt. 304, Mayville, NY, was sentenced to time served, 5 years probation and a $1,000.00 fine for felony DWI concurrent with 3 years probation and a $500.00 fine for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Michael Chaplain, 21, of 256 Falconer St., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to 3 years probation and 60 days in jail for criminal trespass 2nd.
