On 7/08/08, Lyda M. Bellamy, 64, of 9 Mazda Terrace, Rochester, NY, was ticketed at 8:00 a.m. for Operation While Registration Suspended following an investigation into a one-vehicle accident that occurred on SR 104 in the Town of Oswego.  Ms. Bellamy is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Oswego Court on 8/04/08.

On 7/15/08, Timothy D. Humiston, 28, of 844 Red Schoolhouse Road, Fulton, NY, was charged at 11:33 a.m. with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (suspended for failure to answer summons in the Town of Hastings on 4/3/08), following an investigation that found he was operating a motorcycle while his license was suspended.  Mr. Humiston is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Palermo Court on 8/04/08.

On 7/16/08 at 1:36 p.m., Danny C. Jackson, 23, of 16 Cherry St., Apt. 2, Phoenix, NY, was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, Third Degree, and False Written Statement, both class A misdemeanors, after an investigation revealed he had filed a false complaint in June regarding diving equipment being stolen from his vehicle while parked off CR 28 in the Town of Richland.  Mr. Jackson was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Schroeppel Court on 8/06/08.
