On 7/7/08, Amanda R. Stoughtenger, 25, of 1473 CR 8, Fulton, NY was arrested at 9:30 a.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd ; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after a traffic stop on SR 3, east of CR 3 in the Town of Granby.  Ms. Stoughtenger was reportedly found to be in possession of Oxycodone and Seroquel pills along with a marihuana pipe and glass bowl, both containing residue.  She was issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 7/28/08.

On 7/7/08 at 6:30 a.m., Michael E. Shoults Jr., 27, of 403 Broadwell St., Fulton, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 2nd degree as a result of the investigation into a motor vehicle accident which took place on 6/30/08.  Mr. Shoults was released on a UTT, returnable to the Town of Granby on 7/21/08.
