On 6/12/08 at 8:41 a.m., Kenneth L. Burns, 68, of 163 Parsons Rd., Hannibal, NY was operating a 1996 Jeep on SR 104 in the Town of Oswego traveling east when the traffic slowed and stopped in front of him, he wasn’t paying attention and struck a 2002 Pontiac driven by Jessica L. Fisher, 21, of 1310 Town Barn Rd., Red Creek, NY which in turn struck a 2008 Chevy ( registered to Gelco Corporation), being driven by John L. Barrett, 51, of 152 Mildahn Rd., Macedon, NY.  Mr. Burns was ticketed for Following Too Closely.  Driver inattention and following too closely seem to have been contributing factors.
