On 5/27/08,  Jamie L. Gushlaw, 32, of 7527 CR 17, Lacona, NY  was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree( insurance lapse) and Crossing  Highway Divider after a traffic stop on SR 104B in the Town of New Haven.  Ms. Gushlaw was issued tickets, returnable to the Town of New Haven on 6/12/08.

On 5/25/08, Justin T. Hoyt, 20, of 45 Kasoag Lake Dr., Altmar, NY was operating a 1995 Jeep on CR 22, south of SR 104 in the Town of Albion, when he reportedly lost control negotiating a curve and the vehicle left the west side of the road, struck several trees and overturned twice.  Mr. Hoyt was ticketed for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Failure to Keep Right and Speed Not Reasonable.  Unsafe speed and failure to keep right seem to have been contributing factors.
