On 5/12/08 at 2:19 p.m., George M. Wise II, 36, of 251 South 6th Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana at the Oswego County Correctional Facility, stemming from the investigation into an incident which occurred on 5/6/08 at Chaser’s Sports Bar in the City of Fulton.  Mr. Wise was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the City of Fulton Court on 6/25/08.

On 5/10/08, Michael J. Miller, 27, of 16 East 6th Street Apt. #1, Oswego , NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, a misdemeanor and Inadequate Brake Lights after a traffic stop on SR 481 near the intersection with Churchill Rd. in the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Miller was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 5/29/08.
